       Highmoon

       A city, which caused an entire nation to form from ashes of
       several fallen kingdoms and conquered lands.
       The now King, then Commander Delphinius found that only his army
       remained out of dozens of others, formed mostly of peasants and
       a few knights. The army lead by Delphinius marched on Highmoon,
       winning a victory with impossible odds. Moral was at an all time
       high and every man proudly volunteered for the "King's" army.
       The long war with Netheril proved costly, but now the nation
       enjoyed as a never before seen prosperity.
       Highmoon has several modern buildings, most notably the Old
       Palace and the Grand Halen Embassy. People enjoy a good standard
       of living, where laborers are paid well.
       Several issues of political intrigue were resolved at an
       eventful Gala commemorating the return of Delphinius's daughter.
       Chryseris now married to Rognvaldr of Grand Halen has bridged
       the gap between the two nations.
