       Why are we on CREATEFORUM and not on a personal host ?

       We could have setup a forum board on a dedicated domain. Here,
       in 30 days, we'll have to pay to remove adds, we'll have to pay
       in case we want to download the database to transfer everything
       somewhere else, or if we need more Storage for the Gallery.
       So why are we using a Createforum ?
       Createforum handle SMF Forums, which are pretty good. It propose
       a lot of mods already installed, some of them are not free and
       would need to be bought if we wanted to use them. By being with
       Createforum, we're sure we have someone dedicated to the
       support. I already had few exchange with them, they're really
       quick in answering your questions. We're sure the system will
       always be protected and all the mods will be up to date.
       Basically, if you want to run a forum with all the functionality
       createforum offers, you would need to work with a professional
       developer just to make sure everything is well secured, etc...
       That's why I chose for the moment to rely on them.
       If we really want to transfer everything at some point, we can
       ask for the download of the all database, so no worries, we
       never gonna lose the content.
       Just wanted to take the time to explain this to you.
