Hello Ladies :)
Welcome to the new forum!
Please reply to this post, telling me if you have read, and if
you agree.
Being a Member
+ Like any group, you must be active. If you have been absent
for over a month, and have not let either myself or Michelle
know (here on the forum, or on youtube) then you're out. We
realize that people get busy, and we don't expect you to join
every mep that opens, but without a reason as to why you'll be
away for a little while, then we're left to assume you've
disappeared. It only takes a minute to post a message
"Absences", so in the future, please do.
Hosting MEPs:
+ If you host an MEP, you are responsible for collecting parts
and rendering the project. You then upload it to sendspace, and
send it to me, so I can get it put on the channel :)
MEP Parts:
+ If you take a part, and you have still not passed it in 10
days after the deadline, and have not asked for more time (if
you need more time, all you need to do is ask! We all get busy,
but if you don't let anyone know, how CAN we know what's going
on? haha) THEN your part will be up for grabs to another member.
MEP Suggestions:
+ You must have at least 3 Yes's from the members in order for
it to be opened. Please post ideas you think other people would
like, or something that might catch the interest from other
youtubers, so we get lots of views :) Please don't just post
whatever you like from your playlist either, take the time to
look for good ideas :D
Open MEPs:
+ Only 6 MEPs may be open at one time. Then we have more of a
chance of getting them done quicker. We can have a poll in the
suggestions part, with the 3-4 most popular suggestions, so we
always know which one will be open next.
+Volume 2? Umm, unless everyone wants to do a part for a certain
song, then we can open a vol 2, but I think we should open new
meps, instead of opening the same song again. Sound good?

let me know! I'll add it/them to the list :)
