YT account information- Please Help!!!!

Hey everyone,
Okay, so I'm srry to bother you girls with this but a few months
ago YouTube had sent me a message, indicating that I needed to
make a Google account so I did. But the other day, they sent me
a new message stating that I did not properly sign up for a
Google account and if I didn't then my account on youtube would
be suspended on December 18th. I tried to fix it and now
every-time, I log in with my email and my Google account
password. Does anyone know if I am in a good state right now???
Will youtube still try to delete my account??? I mean, I signed
up and it gave me a green check-mark for making a Google account
so should it be okay? Again, I'm sorry to bother you all with
this but I am really paranoid about my account being deleted
:-[ I really don't what that to occur as I really like my
channel but I think I'll make a back-up account just in case
anything happens :) I don't know why we even have to make a
Google account??? No offense, but what is wrong with our old
account????

I'm pretty sure you don't need one. I may be wrong, though. Are
you sure it was 100% Youtube? Some people send around these spam
messages, trying to freak people out. I've never received
anything like that.
I read online that google "bought out" Youtube. So I guess this
may be a new thing? Trying to get all users to register with a
google account? XD

I'm sorry, but that's about all I can do to help you. :/ I've
never heard of this before; Unless, like I said, it's something
new they're trying to get everyone to do?

Thank you very much hun :)
Yeah, I'm pretty sure all the users need to get new Google
accounts so I signed up for one and I'm pretty sure it's all
good now :) But just in case, I made a back up account if
anything happens :) I'll post videos on there if my old channel
gets take down, plus the email was sent to another account that
didn't have my username jennarink11; it said "jennarink". I
guess I must have made another random account or something a
long time ago LOL but I deleted that one and made my back up so
I guess if we have Google accounts they're all good :) I'll make
a video later on on my channel, indicating to my wonderful
subscribers (including you ;)) if they could add my back-up
just in case :)
