Yeah, so it's pretty dead around here, so lets try to at least
have a chat going until everyone comes back xD
What has everyone been up to?
Are you enjoying your new school year so far? ^^
We randomly got 20cm of snow today. I was not pleased. XD

I'm not in school, it's work work, work for me for the duration
now. My pension pack says retirement 2065 thats the next big
thing I get to look forward to ;) It's cold here but not
snowing, we hardly ever get snow :(

I'm from Newfoundland, Canada, soooooo we aaaaaaaaaaalways get a
ton of snow. One morning last year I work up and looked out the
window and was like "....................where's my car?" We had
a storm overnight and had like 40-50 cm's of snow ON TOP of what
we already had, which was like 30 or more cm's. So it took us a
few hours to dig everything out XD
I'm not in school either, I'm graduated from College and working
at the Hospital, but I'm on call now for a little while, so I'm
basically just sat around, doing nothing <.<
Yessss, I'm glad I have a retirement plan to look forward to, as
well! <3 I know I'm only recently graduated, but I realllyyyy
can't wait to be retired -___- Or win the lottery 0.o
...whatever comes first @.@
So how many other groups is everyone involved in? I'm in 6,
including this one :)

Oh for sure! I won $10 on a scratchcard the other day - the most
I've ever won on one -_- XD
SIGH, I hope I don't get called into work tomorrow. I'm working
on MEPs all evening, so I want to work on the rest that I have
due for this group, to have it all done.
We need to open a Christmas mep, too! :) I'll have to make a
post for that now 0.o

Hey everyone!!!!
Yay!!!! Time for a chat :)
Well, I've been pretty good these past few days. Just busy
studying in University and going to the gym a few times a week
:) Went to bed really early these past few nights cause I had to
write this reading for my English class plus I had to study for
a Spanish and Italian tests so yeah; I was pretty much exhausted
after that :P
Wow, Megan, you won $10 lol I never win at those things!!!! At
least you won something!!! Hey!!! I'm from Canada too, cept from
British Columbia. It snowed a little bit over here on Friday
night but not too much but I have a funny feeling more snow will
be coming :P I actually don't mind snow but only when it's a
small amount lol not too much though :) Like just enough for
people to walk on :)
It's good that you girls are working :) At least, you're making
money and you'll be loaded :) Oh, you work at a hospital
Megan??? How do you like it??? If you don't mind me asking, what
are your duties??? Srry just curious :P I really wish I could
work just to earn more money for the side but I don't think I
can juggle schoolwork and a job at the same time unfortunately
:P That's why, hopefully in the summer, I plan to work a job or
two. I mean my parents help me out ALOT and they're great like
that but I still want to work just so I have some side money for
myself lol :)
Oh and a Christmas mep sounds good!!!! Maybe we can perhaps take
the characters that represent us with a Christmas song??? Just
suggesting :) Oh and btw, I don't know if any of you girls had
checked out the Mep that I had suggested but could you pls do if
you haven't. It's called "Fireflies" with the song by Owl City.
I'm srry. I'm just kind of pursuing this since I really think
the Mep would be really fun to do but if I get no more replies
then I won't force it :) It's under "Mep suggestions" :)

What are you majoring in, dear? Yeahh, I know what that's like,
but I don't have to do homework eeeever again, and it feels
dandy!! XD Do you get much snow at all over your way? We usually
get a good 50cm+ each year. I can't remember if it was last
year, or the year before, but I woke up one morning to find my
car buried under that dirty, cold, white, PAIN in the ASS Snow
XD But I love it at the same time. I guess where I'm a Newfie
♥ {Newfoundland} I'm brought up to love it :) Going ice
fishing, and going on snowmobile into our cabin - LOVES it :D
Just not so much when I have to get up and dig my car out to go
to work. :-\
I do work at the Hospital :) I'm in casual clerical at the
moment. That means that I go where I'm needed for each shift.
One shift I might be working in Admitting, registering patients
for emergency. Another I may be on Switchboard, taking hospital
calls, paging doctors, taking ambulance calls.. and I also work
in Medical Records, doing filing {meh..}...I completely
understand, with the whole money situation. I always hated
asking my parents for money, to go to the movies or whatever,
though I knew they didn't mind. You'll love making your own
money - it's such an amazing feeling ^__^
I...think...I replied to your fireflies idea. Maybe not, but
I'll check!! ^^

I'm hoping to become an English teacher so I'm going for an
English major with a French minor on the side, plus I'd like to
be fluent in another language haha even my French right now is
pretty rusty since I didn't take it in my last year of
HighSchool but hopefully things will turn out for the best :)
Aww, lucky!!! You don't have to worry about homework; you can
just come home after work and relax on the couch lol. I can't
wait till I have a full career; not that I don't like my
University, it's actually pretty good but I'd like to not have
homework or worry about studying for a test everyday lol.
As for the snow, I remember last year I think it snowed a lot in
early November and lasted up until February. My cousin told me
that he heard it was going to snow about 4 cms tonight but I
don't know for sure. I guess it's going to be slower this year
:P But, yeah, last year it was pretty heavy. My mom had the same
problem too; her and my dad had to shovel out snow from the
driveway a few times just so they could move their vehicles out
:P While we love snow we can also hate it at times lol!!! When
its starts to snow really heavy here, the first thing I'm going
to do is grab a nice hot cup of a peppermint mocha latte at
Starbucks!!! Gotta love that place XD!!!
I think your job sounds really cool!!!! One great thing about
being a nurse is that you get the opportunity to help others
surrounding you :) How many years did you attend at college
before you graduated??? And you're right, making your own money
does feel amazing haha :)
Oh and one more thing about the Mep, I saw your reply and I
think maybe if the song is overused should I change it???
Perhaps that will draw more attention to other members if they
like the new song better??? Plus, it would be nice if it would
be something different. The only problem is I can't really think
of any other songs; anybody have any suggestions??? Well, like I
said before, I'm not gonna force it so if nobody else signs up
then perhaps I can suggest something else :)

Yessss, studying sucks >.< But study hard!! It'll all pay off in
the end!
Oh my goodness, I'm not a nurse! Haha, I wish I were -___- the
extra $10 an hour would be awesome xD But nope, I did Office
Administration and Business. I'm just clerical in the Hospital
:) I went to College for 2 years for it - I didn't want to go to
University. Nothing against it, I would get more education by
going there, but I just didn't think University was right for
me. I don't know how to explain it. :/ But it's all good! I'm
finished now, so :)
That's completely up to you, love! I know that most groups out
there have used this song, and I don't know hoooow many people
have used it for their own personal projects. I'm not saying
it's a bad idea, if you want to use this song, then stick with
it! ^^ Who knows, you might get a lot of interest; it is a good
song, I love it!! I'm just being honest, like I see that song
everywhere, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do it. BUT if you
don't get much interest, don't let that stop you from suggesting
something else :):)
And I don't mean that in a bad way, about not getting much
interest.
