       Modifiers

       Modifiers will most likely be implemented in the 2018 Season of
       the N.D.A
       What are Modifiers?
       Good question, a modifier is anything that will add votes to a
       starter in a match up.
       Why do you ask questions to yourself when explaining the rules?
       this is how I teach rules of a game so just sit there and read.
       So what is an example of a modifier?
       StarPower is the only official modifier in the N.DA
       So there are going to be more modifiers?
       Yes and as more modifiers are created they will be listed.

       Official Modifiers
       StarPower- When a dibs girl is in a Match up the player may add
       +1 vote to the final vote tally if the starter has had one of
       the following happen in the month of the match up.
       DVD or Bluray of movie released in that month
       CD or Single released in for that month
       On the cover of a Magazine. The Magazine must read the month in
       question as some magazines release a month behind or ahead.
       TV show that is not a rerun that is running in that month. They
       must be a regular and not a special guest on the show.
       Movie released in major theaters that month
       Draft Raped (Unofficial) - When a player has been draft raped
       they are forced to vote for the girl that was taken from them in
       the draft.
       Baten' Score (Unofficial) - a starter with a Baten' Score gains
       a +1 modifier in a match up
       Vote Buffer (Unofficial) - Starters that have had so many votes
       in the past N.D.A season get a +1 modifier
