       Dibs/Dibsing/Dibsed - The act of laying claim to a female that
       one would never have a chance to be with in a million years.
       Dibs Draft - The act of N.D.A player putting dibs on a female in
       an organized order.
       N.D.A - Stands for National Dibs Association which is a league
       of player that participate in dibs
