       Dr. Gumm was a mischievous old doctor known for his unorthodox
       methods and peculiar sense of humor. He had been practicing
       medicine for over four decades, and his reputation as a quirky
       and eccentric healer had spread far and wide. Despite his
       advanced age and lack of teeth, Dr. Gumm was still in high
       demand among his patients, who trusted him to cure their
       ailments with his unique blend of traditional remedies and
       modern medical knowledge.
       One day, a young man named Jason came to Dr. Gumm's clinic
       complaining of testicular discomfort. The doctor examined him
       carefully, his face wrinkled in concentration as he prodded and

       Gumm determined that the young man's condition was not serious
       and could be easily treated.

       and unexpected motion, Dr. Gumm removed his dentures, revealing
