Fire Department

Something I've always wanted to have in a server that I just
don't know what it could be used for is a fire department. I
would like to script one but all I could think of is having it
added in as a normal job rather than a faction with the
following as their main duty;
Head to their station or whatever is put in and be given a FD
skin to await periodic calls to a location where they'd have to
get to quickly and extinguish the fire(s). For each fire they
would get a check that would (in/de)crease depending on the
fire's size.
I can't think of much else for them to do, so it will be the
above or whatever you can think of below.
Edit: I've mapped in a fire department, read up on it here:

The only problem I see with this is that fire is not synced on
SAMP.

It wouldn't be "Oh, my car's on fire, call the fire department!"
The fire would be implemented as a new object/particle effect,
not the normal SAMP fire.

So.. are you saying random things would just catch on fire
around the map?

No, there's a command (/fire) which spawns an object (fire)
which has a little number above it representing the "health" of
the fire, you get a fire extinguisher (/fe) and put out the
fire. The spray of the fire extinguisher was removed due to it
being abusable, but it still gets rid of the fire.

No, it was not.

I believe it was, seeing as when I did it, there was no spray
effect but, if you say so, I guess it's not.

It maps in a long torch but makes it so it spawns underground,
making the fire appaear where you create it.
If you use the CMD in mid-air the entire torch will be visible.

The /fire is/was a simple test command. Fire fighters would not
have access to this nor would anyone else other than admins. The
job would give a call to online fire fighters every so often
that'd give them a location. Upon receiving the call a fire
would be generated at that location. They would have to drive
there and extinguish it with the extinguisher given to them on
/duty.
