Odion was born on the 15th minute to midnight (11.45pm) in the
local Church of the small Nigerian Village, Warri. His father
(Bem - Meaning: Peace) was the local priest and had prepared for
the birth of his expected Son.
Odion (Billy) was a young and healthy baby once born, there were
very little complications with the birth and the next day he
became the joy of the village.

Odion was a very young and healthy Nigerian boy, he would play
football with the other kids and his best friend Eko, whilst his
father gave mass and their mother worked in the clinic. One day,
three men pulled up in a Mesa and jumped out, Bem had noticed
them and started to walk over. The three men approached Bem and
questioned him about the recent shipment of Vaccines that the
Red Cross were sending to the village. They stated that the
local militia wanted 80% of the Vaccines. Bem denied the men
their request and walked back to the Church, as he was walking,
one of the militia turned to a local villager, and killed her
with his Glock. The militia hopped back into the Mesa and told
Bem they would pick the full shipment up on the upcoming Friday.

A few years on, the local men from the Militia came to pick up
the bi-yearly shipment of medicine to find that Bem had loaded
all the crates into the Church. The men withdrew their weapons
and started to approach Bem, as they argue'd about the Shipment,
one of the men made a phone call and the Militia waited back in
the car.
25 minutes later, a military grade truck had pulled up on the
outskirts of town, and General Sani Abacha accompanied by
several men walked to the Church. General Sani Abacha stated
that unless he were to recieve the medicine, a great consequence
would fall upon the village of Warri. So, when Bem refused to
give the General the medicine, as promised, the General and his
men started to rape and pillage the villagers, they took the
medicine and burnt the Church down. When two Militia men had
been clearing out the remains of the houses they stumbled
accross Odion and Eko hiding in a bedroom. One of the men
grabbed Eko, the other man attempted to grab Odion in which he
pushed the man over and ran from the room. As Odion was running
out of the house, he remembered his best friend Eko was still
inside, so grabbing the nearest object he could, he ran back
into the room and hit the Militant with a kitchen knife. He
grabbed his Machete and attacked the men, as he killed the first
man, the second man managed to slash him back, causing scarring
down from the top left of his face to the centre of his chin.
Eko then jumped on the mans back and Odion finally killed him.

As Odion was badly injured, Eko tried to help him by bandaging
the wound. Odion was laid to rest in the bedroom whilst Eko went
to seek the help of an adult, as he ran outside, he saw the
massacre that had happened in the village, and the bodies of
raped woman, children and men.
Odion had came out to see what had taken so long and saw Eko
stricken down by a bullet, as he looked at the sight of his
friends and loved ones, laying dead and in a puddle of blood, he
mentally captured the images in his head, which would never
leave his mind.
Odion started travelling to look for help and refugee,
eventually he stumbled upon a Red Cross camp and were taken into
care.
Odion was flown to America and put up for adoption to a foster
home.

Living in America, with hus new names Billy. He was adopted by a
couple in Rodeo, Los Santos.
Billy did not enjoy life in America and especially did not, once
he had turned 16.
His foster father, Jack had lost his job in the Police
Department, and had became a drunk.
A year later, one day, as Billy got back from Summer School, he
found Jack stood at the end of the room as with a beer bottle in
one hand, and the TV remote in the other, as he tried to fling
them at Billy's head, Billy ran at his Foster Father and tackled
him, as Jack knocked his head on the cupboard on the way down,
he suffered a severe head Injury and started to bleed to death.
Billy didn't know what to do, so he packed up his bag, and ran
away.

Billy had become homeless, living an an Alleyway just off Glen
Park. He had resorted to mugging people for money and stealing
for food.
One day, as Billy was praying and confessing his sins at the
Church in Glen Park, he heard gunshots. A man dressed in Green
ran down the street and was followed by a black car. Billy stood
their as he watched the man get gunned down, before his eyes.
After that, the killer had walked up to him and cocked his AK47,
he muttered the words "Wrong Place, Wrong Time" and as he closed
his eyes he heard a gunshot. He opened his eyes and saw both a
White and black man, stood side by side, their names; Isaiah
Banks and Moses Brooks.

Once Billy had turned 20 he, Isaiah and Moses, in which he had
become great friends with had grew tired and sick of the life as
just 'thugs'. They spoke about a new chapter, a new set to cause
mayhem on the streets of Los Santos. These were only simple
dreams at the start of course, but overtime, the dream became a
great reality, when they finally plucked up the courage, they
made a bunch of Red Rags and spray painted their stolen cars
red. They then moved into Glen Park and dubbed themselves the

1. Respect higher ranks and follow their rules at all times.
2. Follow all server rules, if you do not know these already,
look them up.
3. Attempting to initiate a gang war or anything of this nature
without The OG's or Notorious OG's consent is Phrohibited.
4. OOC flaming is NOT allowed, if you are caught you may be
kicked or suspended
5. If you join us, you automatically accept getting CKed when we
want to CK you. So we can CK you any time we want.
6. Don't shoot around at stuff if you're bored. And don't shoot
at your gang mates without an OOC agreement. Also during a RP do
not mess about and act as if we're 12, you may not have the most
interesting part of the RP, but that doesn't warrant you to run
around the room jumping on boxes.

So far, our only area of Influence is Glen Park.
(An Area of influence is an area in which we do not "Control"
seeing as there is no correct way to determine who controls what
area, so we chose to have an area of influence, in which we do
Roleplay and will class as our "Home area" but in no way do we
state that we are in "Posession" of the said areas.)

Here you can see a member of the Glen Park Notorious wielding an
AK47. The GPN have a great deal of influence on the weapons
market, and have been found distributing weapons across the
city.

Weed, not only is weed a well grown and sold commodity
throughout the "Gang Banging" world. It's an important part of
'Gangsta' life and is smoked by most gang members on a day to
day basis. Over 10kilos of Cannabis is grown and sold in Los
Santos each year. With the GPN on the rise, they expect to
increase them figures.

Here in the Glen Park Notorious, we use the Canonization
technique. To enter the gang ranks from an outsider, you have to
show your worth, this is done by being Canonized by the members,
the Canonization process is a gang beating, in which your blood
is spilled as a symbolic signature off your Loyalty to the set.

Here, i'm going to explain how I and Isaiah came up with the
idea of [715]
Translating the alphabet into numerals consists of a 26 numbers
A = 1
B = 2
C = 3
And so forth, seeing as we're based in Glen Park, we decided
that as G = 7 and P = 16, to merge the numbers and at the start
of the gang have [716] therefore making a numerical
representation of Glen Park.
