       I can design the UCP but I will need help linking it to the IG
       stuff. The Layout will be easy enough though. This could have
       it's own category.

       He really can't use a ucp since he dosen't run a mysql database,
       i mean he could make a flat file one but it's not worth it.

       Not hard but he would need to convert his scirpt to use mysql
       cause right now it's currently using flat file
