Letting Admins Trade.

I think that Admins should be able to trade because they could
be able to dice and help people get points.. Which will let more
people have better items to pk with witch will get those people
to tell there friends to play because the pking is fun and more
players = MORE DONATIONS ;D
Please tell me if im wrong about this but
thats just what i think :)

The thing is that we can't spawn Points, so We'll just loose our
own points, I don't support this, this would be used for duping
tho, If we can trade, we should be able to to spawn points tho.

Admins can now trade, they can give points but it is a little
bugged so u can't give to people with spaces in their name and
Im currently unsure how to fix this. If it gets serious I'll try
completely re-coding the commands.
