       Do not advertise content not associated with DespairPk.
       Do not flame or disrespect staff members, they are here to
       help you.
       Do not ignore the stickies or appeal rules.
       Do not flame other members.
       Do not be racist.
       Do not post on appeal threads.
       Do not post on donations, only Mob city/Secret are allowed.
       Do not post on appeals/reports unless the appeal/report
       directly involves you.
       Do not post on the wrong boards. Read the board
       descriptions.
       Do not double post/spam.
       Do not gravedig.
       Do not post someone's personal details.
       Do not scam on the black market section.
       Game rules:
       Do not abuse glitches/bugs.
       Do not advertise other servers.
       Do not disrespect or impersonate staff members.
       Do not cuss excessively.
       Do not hack other players.
       Do not threaten to DDoS.
       Do not sell/buy contents out of DespairPK.
       Do not ask for donations of DespairPK via yell.
       Do not buy donator with DespairPK Zeals, or sell DespairPK
       Zeals for donator.
       Do not transfer DPK from one account to another account or
       multiple accounts.
       Do not ask staff in-game to undo punishments.
       Do not irritate staff.
       Do not question decisions or choices made by staff.
       Selling/Buying rules:
       You can sell/buy rsgp.
       You can not sell/buy rsgp or rs accounts for DespairPK, or
       DespairPk Accounts!
       You can not trade rsgp for someone to buy you donator on
       DPK.
       You are not allowed to share accounts
       
       Chatbox rules:
       Do not spam.
       Do not disrespect staff members.
       Do not flame.
       Do not be racist.
       Do not ask for member/staff ranks
       Do not advertise or give links out of DespairPK
       Consequences:
       Muted = Unable to talk in-game for a set period of time.
       Jail = Serve time in-game for a set period of time.
       Ban = Account is disabled and is unable to be used.
       Ip-Muted = Unable to talk in-game for a set period of time
       on any account.
       Ip-Ban = All accounts are disabled and are unable to be
       used.
