Coventry City Away Matchday Thread

We are on a run of 1 win in 8. We really need a win from this
game or Saturday.
Paul Warne hasn't won an away Championship game in his last 20.
I'm hoping for ...
Zetterstrom
Nelson Phillips Cashin
Wilson Adams Goudmijn Elder
Yates NML
Brown

I thought I'd read that brown was out for a few weeks?

CBT not even on the bench. Finally as decent game (as a sub) and
Warne drops him.
It's interesting that both Ward and Wilson are on the bench ,
yet Jackson plays RWB.
We could really do with a win, but id take a draw.

Good first half and if we could pass a ball we could be out of
sight. We had 3 hideous passes by defenders and 3 times Yates
was through but not found.
On the plus side we are competitive and setting traps with our
press. Brown looks raw in terms of decision making but Yates
looks happier with a presence alongside him.
Tommo and Elder doing well down the left. We seem to be building
regularly down the left and leaving Jackson in space.
I think it suits us to play a footballing side so we can react
off what they do.

A much needed 3 points. We looked better with a back 3 and 2 up
front.
We had a bit of luck with our goals and Cashin not being sent
off. We were due some to be fair.
I would add that the first 10 minutes of the second half is the
best controlled football we've played this season.

A good win that takes us back to being midder than mid table.
Pleased for Jerry Yates - gotta love a trier...
