This is an old story but I’m trying to learn how to post in the
spin off forum.

Left over deer parts from recent hunting activities maybe the
cause of a black bear attack on a 80yr woman and her dog.
The attack happened Wednesday in Muncy Creek Township, PA which
is located about 16 miles east of Williamsport. She was
dragged 80 yards from her home by the bear. Her dog also
suffered injuries.
The both received medical treatment.

I'm glad she and her dog survived...and happy the bear escaped.
I want to believe the bear was being territorial and isn't a man
eater by preference.

I think they very such would be: a bear busted into my car
shattering the drivers door window and cracking the windshield
because my window was rolled down abit and it had smelled food I
had brogue home that wasn't in the car any more near Tahoe once
same bear had knocked out someones kitchen window in their
trailer because they left cupcakes and a plate of bacon on
there, am sure he woulda taken off an arm if anyone tried to
stop him. he wasn't a bad bear and he had a story I tried to get
him rescued before I left but no one was willing to relocate
him. Tee were numerous other tales of him while I was there
including a few more of mine
