       Seems to me that these tweakers can't handle their shit and
       should do a little less... or none at all. Calming people down
       by doing heroin with em? Not the best way to difuse a situation
       but I'd say it works 7/10 times.

       Sounds typical for Caldwell. I lived within 12 miles of that
       town for more than 20 years. Had a house inside the city limits
       one time, but never lived there. My wife worked at the college
       in town and I delivered pizza for Domino's. There were many
       places in town that we would not deliver to.
