Even tho pouring water on a baby doesn’t rise to the level of
abuse that maybe a hit or punch does, it paints a disturbing
picture of the revengeful attitude of this mother- I’m glad she
was dumb enough to upload the video- not so LOL now that you’re
facing charges, is it bitch?! :D

I see it as a 'catching it early' kind of thing. You know this
won't stop at water in the face when she's older. Especially
when she learns to run around and get into "mom's" stuff.
