Helmet: helmet of netiznot (i wouldnt recomend anything else
than this) or verac's helmet
Amulet: glory fury or amulet of strength i would only recomend
amulet of strength if you had insane defence
cape: firecape skillcape if ranging ava's attractor
body: rune barrows's or bandos platebodys
legs: rune barrow bandos platelegs
ring: umm any fremink ring
boots: rune bandos i would strongly recomend dragon
gloves: barrow gloves

i would recomend 85+ stats about 70 prayer 90 hitpoints

or
bring combat pots+some restores+brews
