do they drop the whole sheild at once or do you have to get a
blessed spirit sheild and a sigili

You need the following to make a divine shield from scratch:
- spirit shield: dropped by chaos ele
- holy elixir: rare drop by sara godwars boss
- divine sigil: very rare drop from chaos ele

yeah this stuffs are expensive becuz there is not enough
in-game,...if we get more prices will go down i think:)
