       My build diary...

Well that's 3 issues down... very happy so far. I see what
people are saying regarding the hub washer. The washer just
drops in and the cap clips above.. i am sure this will be more
secure in later stages. This was the case with the DB5. i am
more looking for to this car tbh.. here is my accomplishment so
       far....

Well.. thats 4 to 7 done and i must say i have sore hands. The
quality of the build is still top draw but put those suspension
and brakes together was a mission the screwdriver slipping or
how tight you have to hold them. Also im not sure the steering
rack parts are on correct.. the drawing shows a flat side but to
get the correct angle i had to do the recessed side as shown.
Also the yellow plutonium cap is loose. It says click into place
but there is no locking. All in all its still a great build and
       cant wait to continue.

       Ok.... issues 8...9...10 & 11
First of all ..all parts are present and correct. Just a small
build through these issues with a get together of previous parts
at the end. Find this a little similar to the db5 build which is
no bad thing. All went together fairly nicely here its only the
final insertion of the wheels i am a little worried about. I
found they are quite loose when all screws tightened firmly.
This may be because its early on but i can forsee nothing to add
to this that will rectify. But as i say it is looking
impressive. Regarding the wheels.. if wheeled forward or back
because of the looseness the wheels lock.. i know this is a show
piece but just wondered if its just my biild. Anyway... amazing
model and cant wait for the next delivery.. will attach pics
       later

I do find that the screws really resist going in to some parts
and then the screwdriver really chews them up.
The wheels as you mentioned are one, and I've had a few bits
that still feel loose - like the suspension arms mating to the
chassis etc. Bit annoying but not sure what can be done!

I'm not enamoured by the screwdriver quality. I used a
screwdriver that you would deem too big but tightened the screws
much more tighter, I will post my review of issues 12 to 15
       within the next few days.

Hey hey hey ..iiiimmmmm back.... sorry its been a while lads but
we had a baby in March and what with the 4 other kids you can
imagine the hecticness.... ive been building as i have been
going along and im sorry this is not very comprehensive, i
promise my next posts will be..
since buying a new screwdriver set i have noticed this kit
secures a lot better.. i have built the engine and attached, i
am now looking very forward to completing this awesome build..
Yet again some of the engine pieces were fiddly but thats to be
expected. Still not happy with the slight loosness of the wheels
but at the end of the day this will be a static ornament not a
toy.... like i say.. this is amazing and from now on be more
comprehensive in my posts... i bow to you EAGLEMOSS

       Build 28, 29, 30 & 31
Well... this assembly is coming along very nicely. I had no
issues with any of these parts whatsoever. I found one of the
curved arms holdong the radiator fan would not tighten but once
all parts linked with this area was in place the fan box was
sturdy. All exhaust pipes & fittings sat in place perfectly.
This build is really starting to come along & i am gutted when
my 4 issues per month are completed to quickly, im gagging for
the next delivery. Keep it up EAGLMOSS. Would love to find a 1/8
scale Marty & Doc for this build.
