Wobbly Wheels - Please Help

I'm sure this may have been posted before but my front wheels
are really really wobbly. When I wheel the car back and forth
they don't even turn properly. They shoot out and jam. Driving
me insane. Tried a rubber washer and nearly had to go to a and e
I did the screws up so tight through the wheel. Still wobbly.
Any help??? I know it's not a toy so won't be wheeled about but
it is expensive so would like to get it right

I had to replace one of the wheels which had gone on perfect
during the early stages as I snapped one when forcing a screw
assembling the engine. When I got and fitted the replacement the
new wheel wobbled too. To fix it I used two of the plastic
washers that get inserted into the wheel before the screw and
hubcap which sorted the problem.

hi I'm up to about issue 35...can i go back at this point and
redo the wheels with extra washers...and do we have that many
spare washers
