Wheel Calipers

hiya all,
has anyone built some wheel calipers yet for the FR or FL?
i've build them both, but... the FR falls down half way freely.
the FL falls way past half way at the slightest touch.
the following video shows that the hubs which come down should
fall down very gradually - see video from 2mins. - neither of
mine are like this.

has anyone else experienced issues?
Also, a few people have commented that the magnet inside the hub
can come loose and need super gluing back in.

I put a small washer at the end of the screw head which seems to
have fully tightened them, if that helps.
