       Miscellaneous
       - From now on, whenever a player reaches 99 in a skill, their
       accomplishment will broadcast over the server, for everyone to
       see.
       What we're currently working on
       - Working on a few cool random events.
       - Working on fixing the dragon platebody's graphical glitch.
       - Working on fixing male skillcape hood graphical glitch.
       - Working on stable webclient.
       - Working on several custom items, including the Donator Cape,
       BETA Tester Cape and new secret epic weapons.
       - Working on the drop table to make it easier to get money.
