Rules of Trading

Hello DeckCheck! You may trade with fellow TCG'ers on here, but
first we have to have some ground rules!
A trading thread is where you exchange addresses with someone.
The most common way on deciding on "Who sends first" is who has
done the most trades, but I will let you work it out with
whoever you are trading.
The process of trading is you exchange addresses and then send
the cards in a toploader to the other persons address. So here
are the rules:
1. List what state you live in and where you will send.
Self explanatory.
2. Do not rip the other user off. I will ban you and that user
might file mail fraud, a felony.
3. It is assumed all cards being traded are English and
authentic. If you have non-English cards for trade, you must
state so. Fake cards are disallowed due to copyright
infringement.
4. You may bump your thread, but no more than once every 24
hours. If you bump excessively or reply needlessly, your thread
will be locked.
5. You may only have 1 trade thread open at a time. Edit your
first post to keep it updated. If you need to start a new thread
for whatever reason, let a moderator know and we'll lock the old
one.
12. Before you complete a deal, make sure the other person is
clear on the condition of your cards. Use this rating scale:
Mint: The card has no visible flaws. Rarely should you ever give
this rating. Upon close inspection almost every card has a flaw
even if it is new.
Near Mint: The card has minor flaws that aren't apparent at
first sight. It might have a little white knick(s) somewhere or
a small scratch.
Excellent: Some wear can be seen if you look closely. There are
likely a few little picks around the edges and the corners might
be getting a little worn. Overall though when you put it in a
sleeve the card looks like new.
Very Good: Similar to an excellent condition card except there
is more whitening around the edges and the corners are a little
more worn. There might be some small amount of whitening on the
back face or front face. Even a casual inspection will show the
defects. When the card is in a sleeve the defects will not be as
noticable and the card will likely blend in with other cards.
Good: There is excessive whitening around the edges and the
corners have a good amount of wear. There could also be a bit of
whitening on the back face or front face along with some dings.
When you put the card in a sleeve, it might stick out a bit due
to its condition. However, it is a completely playable card if
in a solid backed sleeve.
Acceptable: The middle ground between Good and Poor. This card
is pretty beat up, but is playable.
Poor: There is a lot of whitening and the corners are really
worn, possibly even wearing away so they are no longer their
original shape. There could be a lot of whitening on the front
face or back face. There are also likely scratches and dings. In
the worst case there might even be a crease or tear. These cards
are typically not playable because of their damage.
Scammers will be promptly banned. Traders who receive negative
feedback (for being a slow sender, sending damaged cards,
sending the wrong cards, etc.) will receive a temporary ban.
Multiple negative infractions will result in a permanent ban.
Please communicate and try to work things out before leaving
negative feedback, however
