I think RayEels is okay being here, just should be Tier 2.5 or 3
IMO.

Big Basics should be Tier 2, and Darkrai/Hydreigon should be 2.5
or 3 IMO.

I'll keep it tier 2 for now. Depending on League
Challenge/Regionals/Whatever results it might be changed.
