       Technical FAQs

       I set the welcome section permissions for guests to be able to
       view and post in the threads in this section.    Pinned threads
       can provide general FAQs about how to create a login,
       troubleshooting steps for common problems, etc., where they're
       easy to find.  It's a nice "front office" where most questions
       can be answered before someone contacts you and/or post a
       technical question if they're still having issues...and where
       you can send them for answers if they don't read them first.
       LOL!  Either way, it's efficient and looks professional.
