If people can dispute their money on paypal, it's simply cause
it isn't setup correctly, you can make it so the system
automatic chooses donation (which cannot be disputed)

Minimum for Donator Status:
Xats - 500 Xats
Rsgp-EOC:16M
League of Legends RP : 975 RP
Donator Benefits:
-Command: bank [Don't Work While in Combat or In Wilderness]
-Command: dice
-Command: settag [Change Yelltag Through command]
-Prestige Master [No Need to Reset your combat stats 10 times
and instant access to Prestige Master Shop]
-Npc:Experiments [In Donator Zone,Drop Rares Like
Primal,Partyhats,etc]<-- But Rarely so Economy dont get ruined
-Double Reward From Vote Box [For Normal Players, 10M Cash,2
Crystal Keys and 1 vote Point] [For Donators,20M Cash, 4 Crystal
key and 2 Vote Points]
-Shop:4 Shops in Donator Zone with Restriction added only
donators can buy from there and items have restriction as well
that only donators can wear or use it
-Points x2:You get double points from npc for Prestige
Points,DeathX Points and Dungeoneering Points
