       4.  No Gravedidding (posting on topics which are 1-2 week's
       older) !

       1.  You Must Be Active In Forums!
       2.  Must Have 30+ Posts!
       3.  Do Not Remove/Lock Any topic Without reason or results for
       Demoted!
       4.  Do not Post More than 5 times per topic!
       5.  Do Not Ban Anyone Without Reason 100%!
