       1. Add Archer Ring(i), and seers ring(i) to DeathX point store.
       2. Add Amulet of Fury and Tokhaar-Kal cape to Deathx point
       store.
       3. Add a ::rules command so players don't have to travel to the
       forums to read them, and they have no excuse for not knowing the
       rules.
       4. An automatic message telling players to join to the forums.
       5. An automatic message telling players to get in contact with a
       staff member before voting(this seems to be a very big issue).

       Yes bullet, but the vote thing says 'vote and type ::claim for
       the reward' - this obviously doesn't work. So I'm agreeing to
       all your statements, refs, apart of number 2 too.

       i like ur ideas but number 2 i dont think i like much, makes it
       too easy. needs to be a hard objective
