       Ban Board

       I think there should be like a ban board in staff section to
       talk about and vote if we should unban someone or not.

       Good idea but i don't think so this is necessary as The admin
       who banned can also post his opinion in the ban appeal and the
       moderator of that board can simply Accept it or Deny. So in this
       way, it's not necessary to get opinion of every staff member.
       Just the admin who banned and the Moderator of that board and
       we're done.
