       Honey Dew's Application

       Your name: Michelle
       Your in-game name: Honey Dew
       Staff position you'd like: Moderator
       Previous experience with staff positions: I've never actually
       been an "official" staff member, although I helped a lot in many
       different clans on Runescape. Also, This is only my third RPS
       that I have ever seriously considered playing. Many rsps these
       days are not fun or well maintained.
       Why you're a good fit for the above position: I love helping
       other players. I'm not just applying because I want other
       players to, in a sense, "bow down to me". In fact, I strongly
       believe that it is a Moderator's duty to be humble and helpful.
       I don't like many of the rsps I see, so when I do find one that
       I like, I am incredibly loyal to it and its players. I simply
       want to be friendly and welcoming to players. It would kill me
       to see the "moderator" position abused by a power-hungry player
       who simply wants to be "hooked-up" with rare items.
       What you would do with the position:
       -I would create and sustain relationships with various new
       players.
       -I would advertise and create helpful guides.
       -I would not beg for items, considering that is not what I want
       the position for.
       *note to current staff: I understand that not everyone can
       obtain this position. So, I don't mind if who you chose for this
       position is not me, honestly, I just want to let you know that
       it would be in your best interest to pick someone who is not
       power-hungry. You can tell a lot by a person from the way they
       treat you or talk to you. And it is extremely easy to see their
       true intentions through their actions. I know I might seem like
       a serious person, which I am, but I can be fun as well. A truly
       admired characteristic in a person is if they know when to be
       serious and when to laugh.
