Gmod Rules

1. Do not prop spam / prop push / prop block / prop shield /
prop surf / prop kill.
2. Do not, under any circumstances, go under the map.
3. Do not beg other people for loans / money.
4. Do not break laws just to get attention from cops.
5. Do not kill other player with your cars off the road. If they
are walking in the middles of the street, then you are allowed
to run them down. The local authorities are allowed, however, to
punish you in any way, shape, or form they deem necessary.
6. Do not abuse the advertisement system. ( i.e. saying “/advert
LOLOL FAIL” )
7. Metagaming is only allowed for the information displayed
above your head or on doors. If you are a Police Officer, you
cannot use this information to constantly arrest or kill those
people.
8. Do not respond to any RP reports that are said in OOC, as
that would be metagaming too.
9. Do NOT kill another player for no reason but your own
entertainment. ( RDM )
10. Do not break the New Life Rule ( NLR ). NLR is enforced as
your last lives, if you interfere with your past lives. (Killing
the cops that just killed you or constantly killing another org
or going back to help your friends) If you wish to wait near the
place you died you can but you cannot interfere.
11. Do not excessively run around not role-playing at all. (
Running around on the main roads, jumping on cars, hitting
random cars with bats, etc. )
12. Do not punch other players excessively without a purpose or
just trying to start fights. ( Punchwhoring )
13. Do not randomly demote someone as Mayor, or demote someone
so your friend can take the new job opening. Doing so will get
you blacklisted.
14. Do not request a warrant for a reason that you made up. (
Mayors need to ask for proof too )
15. Do not repeatedly unlock cars just to spam the car alarm
noise.
16. Do not sit in the Nexus and spam the NPC for the police,
fireman, or paramedic job. When the job opens up, you may go to
the NPC. Otherwise, it is Career Camping.
17. As a government employee, you must do your job correctly and
well, or you will get demoted or blacklisted.
18. Do not go AFK as mayor just for the paycheck or you will be
blacklisted.
19. Do not lock a door repeatedly while someone is lock picking
it. ( Lock spamming )
20. Do not knock on doors repeatedly, as that is seen as being
really dumb.
21. Do not buy a property that you don’t intend to use.
22. Do not lock players into a place they cannot escape from. If
it is a hostage situation, it is fine, but do not simply lock a
player in a room and leave.
23. You may target the mayor to assassinate him without being
charged for RDM. But the actual task of the assassination MUST
be role-played. ( Simply walking up and shooting him will NOT
pass as role-playing and you WILL get banned. )
24. Do not rejoin to avoid jail time. There is an automated
system in place, so any attempt will be caught.
25. Do not start fires in unreachable places. This consumes the
fire department’s time and hurts FPS.
26. No anti-AFK scripts of any kind are tolerated.
27. Placing a hit on someone, or following through and killing
someone because of a hit, is prohibited.
28. Being a general faggot or way too dumb will get you
permanently banned for being worthless.
