       reporting/complaints suggestions

       With all the complaints going around for "abuse" "rdm" "being
       annoying" etc. I think it would be a good idea to have some
       rules. Here are my ideas.
       1. Must have screenshots/recordings or several witnesses for
       evidence when reporting a player (copy and pasting chat or
       console should not count as evidence because anyone could have
       made it up or changed it)
       2. Read the rules first and make sure that the person you are
       reporting has broken one of these rules (If you think what that
       person is doing is wrong but it isnt listed in the rules don't
       report them. Instead make a post recommending a new rule you
       want to have)
       3. Do not fill your post with useless cussing and name calling.
       Keep it clean. State the facts.
       This is all so far. Please reply with other ideas or
       recommendations.

       I agree with these rules Max. I think if these become in order
       the server will be better and less people will be whining.
