Formal Complaint about Skiddles

Skiddles has preticipated in a massive prop spawn RDM. Spawning
props by the 10's is a massive threat to the well being of the
server, potentialy crashing it and causing issues with Lag and
connectivity. My suggested action for Skiddles in a week ban,
this is negotiable, but the fact remains that he isnt helping
the server.
Playing this game should be fun, massive Name calling and prop
spawning is subtracting from the Deadjustice role-play and i
would like some action to be taken. An example has to be made to
the general public that prop spawnning, name calling, and
prevoking fights just isnt needed here.
I appologise for mis-spelling and poor grammer. :P

Ok, first of all i did not spawn props by the 10's i spawned at
the ost 3 tables. I didnt spawnt he beds that was everybody and
niko. So please dont blame me for something i didnt do and make
me look bad for someones fault.

As a member of the Firefighters League and a regular of DJ RP, I
have been very happy all around with the leadership of the
server and how it is handled. But what I am disgusted by, is the
fact that the worst RPER there is in this server, Skiddles, DMS
all the time. Its not like he has skill or anything, he goes
around, finding unarmed people who are robbing or minding their
own business and kills them. He has literally being doing it ALL
day, and I have seen some people ragequit for it, some innocent
noobs leave the server because of his terrorism.I also suggest
you look into punishing the clan skiddles is in, West Side,
which does the SAME thing he does all day. The type of
environment in this server is starting to get very abusive. I am
trying to control it with my job but the fact that cops such as
Stealth Killa (AKA max kill) let them out of jail right after
being put in for bounties, is ridiculous and abusive. I am
reconsidering donating to your server Giant, it is just not as
fun as I thought it would be. I urge you, to take immediate and
swift action against the clan West Side and specifically
Skiddles, also, actions hould be taken against max killa for his
blatent and outright support of West Side and letting them out
of jail. I reccomend harsh punishments for all West Side members
of a 1-3 day ban, a week of losing cop for Stealth Killa, and
Skiddles getting 7-30 days or a PERMANENT ban.

Skiddles hasnt been name calling and hasnt spawned that much
furniture. While he has been dming ALOT today, its a part of the
game and you cant ban for that. Even if he were to be banned a
whole week is really harsh for this case. If you have problems
with a player dming then fight him. Also for scatman's complaint
about me freeing the rebels that I JAILED MYSELF, well thats not
abuse thats being nice. I show no support for west side and i
have been helping to calm them down. I have been getting trouble
for them too and they rdm me all the time. I still free them
from jail as I do with all other rebels. Just because I appear
to support one clan does not mean im breaking any rules and I
definetly don't deserve losing cop because of it. I do think a
simple warning to skiddles and westside about rdming new players
would be enough.

Sorry to everyone if my message was not clear. I do not want to
ban skiddles for the RDM, but he has not been helping the server
grow and develop, skiddles has been Enraging new players with
constant prop spawning and killing. Now people can say that he
didn't spawn all these props and what-not, but the facts are
that it can not be proven by anyone but Skiddles himself.
I dont even mind the RDM at all, but it is the loss of potential
players, and the constant Trolling force twords the innocent
that upsets me. Dead Justice needs to be better then this, We do
not need potential cops calling other players "Kids, Gay, and
Fags" That is just not the sort of reputation that Dead justice
needs right now in its infantcy. Now, I also believe that
punishment isn't in order for the rest of this "West side" gang
or any cops, but i think we need to make an example out of
SKiddles. If we arnt going to punish someone because he is
friends with the owner and a few cops, what message are we
sending to the community.

you all are taking to way over the extent of what it is. its rdm
its allowed. after i was told to so killing new people i
stoppped then when after the firefighters because they have guns
and are along what i was told to do. if u dont like what happens
leave. Bitching doesnt help us either.

This is the kind of attitude I'm trying to describe to everyone.
We have lost potential members due to the attitude of "if u dont
like what happens leave." If i didn't know skiddles i might take
his words serious. RDMing isn't the issue because that is
totally allowed. But the question here is, is thrashing the
server a risk worth taking?
I don't mean any of this as a personal attack twords Skiddles, i
really don't. However i want what is best for the server, and so
if Giant decides its best you stay, please stay. I just want to
open peoples eyes to the fact that some people care about the
server's well-being and others do not. I'm not saying any of
this as a fire-fighter. I'm saying all of this as a concerned
player. I just want people to care a little more about new
players and growth, then about killing, and Spawning with a
crowbar.
Also, to the issue of "****ing doesn't help us either. " This
is a complaint forum we are in. I feel it necessary to complain
about your actions in Dead Justice. Sorry for following the
forums topic with a legitimate worry i have.

Skiddles is annoying. Altough he did not prop-spam, he did
frequently fling a table and a bed frame at people, even whilst
someone respawned. He RDMed someone every 10 seconds (the kill
tabs were constantly spammed with Skiddles killing someone) and
amidst the raging done by others, he constantly said that RDM is
allowed and that he wants to attain respect. He also constantly
RDMs other DJ clan members.
Fortunately, when Lobster joined, he made a new rule stating to
keep RDMers in jail. 5-10 minutes should suffice actually.
"Respect" being the understatement of the day... People make the
server a complete shit-hole just to spawn with a crowbar and a
handgun.

Perhaps, we could instate a rule of no killing players under 5
hours. That seemed helpful in other servers. And jail players
breaking this rule. As for skiddles, he does RDM a lot, and I
never saw in the rules that you couldn't. Sooooo, it is up to
the owner to decide if he wants to make that a rule so the cops
can jail him for it. And possibly a short temporary ban if it
continues. As for letting people out of ail early........ As far
as I'm concerned, if it is a player who rarely causes trouble,
why not. But on the other hand, people who are being a problem
should be left in jail. This should be left for the officer to
decide, on a day to day basis. Time for everyone to get along
and have a bit of fun. We don't want to ruin the servers rep,
because we got a lot of good players here and I would like to
see them stay here.

NGUGU rdm is allowed and they were killing for respect. Also
guys, Don't think that I am protecting them just because I like
them or something. They were killing me as much as anyone else.
I freed them and everyone else rdming from jail so they could
enjoy the game and not spend the whole time in jail. I just
fought them back and didn't complain. I dont't see why this is
such a big deal. There was no rule against rdm of any kind and
there still isn't. It was entirely within their rights to kill
as much as they want to. You can't just go asking admins to ban
players that annoy you.
I completely agree with Irish. In my opinion cops should decide
who should be left in jail and who shouldn't. A rule against
killing new players is a good idea. I do not like anti-rdm rules
that apply to all players. New players should be given a chance
to get some money and get weapons but people who enjoy dming
should be able to enjoy the game as well.
