       Hi. I'm Vengeance. I just started playing on the server but I
       can already tell that the community here is great. I'm planning
       on spending a lot of time here. I just wanted to say thanks to
       Maximus and KD for giving me my first house. Well thats pretty
       much it so bye. ;D

       If you have any problems on the server,  Just inform me about
       it, whatever it may be I will get it straightened out.  I can
       help you if you are ever down on your luck, or have gotten
       yourself into a bad bind.  Try to add me in Steam as a Friend.
       Just go: Shift+Tab >> View Players or (Recent Players) >> Then
       Scroll down the entire list and Find my name "|DERP|"
       Let me know if anyone is giving you a hard time, I will
       certainly confront them and  regulate on whoever it may be that
       is Bullying you.  I'll give them a Bully Beatdown
