       Qualifications for Admin?

       Ok So I've Noticed alot of people are starting to ask for Low
       Admin on the server and a Few people have Even made posts. "lol
       @ Jake" But anyways I would like Giant or Irish to post a Reply
       to me stateing what are the qualifications to be Admin? do you
       have to have experience? do you have to pretty much kiss up to
       Giant? whats the deal?
