Raw [H.K.] and Sh!ntastic [H.K.] Breaking rules

It has come to my attention that recently the server has lost
quite a few players, whether it be due to bans, or maybe people
are just coming on less in light of the recent ddos attacks, but
there is another problem on the server that I would like to fix
as soon as possible. Two members (Raw and Sh!n) have recently
broken rules and I have video evidence of it, I already
discussed this with Giant himself and he confirmed that what
they did was in violation of server rules. The major violation
that is in question is their blocking of the **** door along
with their interference of cop duties. Last night me and a few
other players where trying to get into the **** but were denied
access because BlindMic3 (The cop on at the time) could not open
the door due to the two players standing in front of the door
and denying him access. In addition to this they would kill any
player who came near the door and the **** is something that is
open to the public, it is actually meant to be a safe area where
you can **** and not be killed but if players and cops are
denied access to the door then no one can use its services.
There were also a few more minor complaints that me and other
players had such as player disrespect. There is nothing wrong
with expressing an opinion and you do not have to like everyone
but the "trolling" of these two players got to be so excessive
that one of the servers most loyal members (tw!zz) actually quit
due to their disrespect (EDIT: He didn't quit for good, just for
a short while, although he was considering it). They also
disconnect to avoid jailing or to avoid being killed while they
have high bounties. They are also breaking all of the locks of
anyone who opposes them and ensuring that they cannot afk. This
specific area (breaking locks) is not against the rules but I
would like to point out that it drives many players off the
server because without a place to afk you cant make money and
then you cant buy more locks or buy weapons so the only thing to
do is leave. I have seen a shift in the server since these two
have begun to "take it over" in a sense and would like to have
it stopped because in the end, people are going to just start
leaving, and it will only get worse if we let these two continue
without consequence because they will only obtain more money to
fund their actions. I am writing this complaint in a civil
manner and have thought it through and would appreciate if it
could be heard because as a long time member of both pet's and
giant's server and a long time friend of giant I honestly can
say that I only want what is best for the server.

i didnt quit, i jsut didnt play today.I do agree with ronan,
something must happen to theyse players, they do nouthing but
disrespect and be complete ass holes. Just yesterday they broke
51 of my locks, because i killed Nightmare once(and jsut
yesterday i loan hime money to buy an apt. What they dont
understand is that me and nightmare are friends from pets and he
really didnt care that much, he just asked for his money back. I
find it very suspicious that 2 players under 30 hours have 51k+
plus a 2 or 3 lvl lockpick and apartmesnts.Do u think a
item/money check can be taken care of please giant

Raw and Sh!n were both killing toad over and over. But yet again
they thought he was going to afk in the casino. Raw and Sh!n
thought he was going to afk in the casino was probably due to
the breaking of the locks of Tw!zz apt. I know Tw!zz and Toad
for awhile and they both have keys to each others apt. If they
would have given toad a chance to go into the casino, and see if
he was actually going to afk. If Toad did afk he would have been
teleported out in the morning when admin got on. That night
someone ddosed the server making getting impossible. I think
that if Raw and Sh!n took down the killing a little this
wouldn't be as big.

What ronanitoad said is true. And it was extremely annoying that
they were doing this. They're very full of themselves and have
no respect for others. And yes, they do break your locks if you
oppose or disagree with them. This kind of behavior - the
lockbreaking if you oppose them, blocking entrance to public
areas, going on dm'ing sprees and killing everyone in their
path, disconnecting to avoid arrest - is just childish and can
and most likely does irritate the fellow players on the server.
Seriously, something needs to be done about it.

*Edit: It appears others have noticed the item binding and
sudden raise in health going on by sh!n (I've seen Raw also do
this)

I also suspected them of health binding because a few times when
i shoot them they go back imeditly to full health

Best complaint ever, nice evidence. No need for the door
blocking, and constant killing. May I recommend a 1 day ban.
Everyone has to learn to have fun and get along. Best case
scenario would not have the need for this complaint section on
the forums. L8ter
