       Ronintoad Cop App (A.K.A. Substitoad/Wobbuffet)

       Reason: I would like to become cop because I feel that I could
       help the server and community by adding to the amount of cops
       that are on during times they are needed (I have noticed a
       recent influx of members to the server and the cop to rebel
       ratio has become severely unbalanced)
       Past Exp: 130+ hours on pet rocks server and 30+ on AP
       Favorite Weapon: Shotgun/Crossbow
       What you can offer: I like to remain neutral and will not jail
       people just because I don't like them or not jail people just
       because they are my friend, I have also stopped killing new
       players like I did on pet's and have started to help new players
       by letting them know where things are (Like the gun store, etc.)
       Additional Information(Surprise me): I don't have too many
       surprising things to say so I suppose I'll leave this blank for
       now
