       [center]These are the official InGame rules! Follow them or you
       will get a warning!
       Don't Spam! Start with warning 1.
       Don't Advertise other RSPS! Start with warning 2.
       Don't use bad language a lot! Start with warning 1.
       Don't Scam! Start with warning 1, but with a ban for 1 hour.
       Listen to all Staff Members! Start with warning 1 if you don't
       listen.
       Don't Beg for Staff! Start with warning 1 if you do.
       Don't Beg for Items! Start with warning 1 if you do.
       Don't bring in real life problem's into the game, that's what
       the folder is for! Start with warning 1.
       Don't Dupe! Start with warning 2.
       1 Warning= 24 hour mute!
       2 Warning= 24 hour Bann, 24 hour jail, and 48 hour mute!
       3 Warning= Final warning and Bann forever![/center]
