       please use the following format in order to ensure you optimise
       the best possible potential for you to be un-muted.
       We as a staff team, with everything, take our decisions
       regarding punishments very seriously on our server and so any
       decision made is usually discuss as a team before any finite
       action is made.
       Note: Any appeal against a punishment will not be regarded as a
       proper appeal if this following format is not followed!
