Back on the ship, Goku and Shen have been training, Gravity
raised to 50. Shen left his weight cuffs on but set the gravity
to 2, causing him to feel 100 times earths gravity. While Goku
works on moves, Shen flies around the ship, trying to beat his
own time.

looking around for any sneak attacks.

and then emerges from him

He jumps over and grabs dodorias worst forcing him to his knees

the process."

He extends his arm open palmed to be close to frost
