       British Columbia - 30% of patients in one hospital have Covid-19

       SUMMARY - 30% of patients at Saanich Peninsula Hospital on
       Vancouver Island have tested positive for Covid-19. Officials
       are reluctant to use the word "outbreak" for fear that it may
       have negative connotations for the public.
