       Outbreak - Community Center - 26 test positive - North Carolina,

       SUMMARY - The Ella B. Scarborough Community Resource Center in
       Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, has reported an illness outbreak
       which includes 26 staff members testing positive for Covid-19
       and 43 members reporting other illness [Ed. Note - the article
       is not clearly written whether the 26 staff members are included
       WITH the 43 members who are sick or are IN ADDITION TO the 43
       members.] From Aug. 4-17, there were 635 emergency department
       visits for COVID-19-like illness in Mecklenburg County,
       according to the Mecklenburg County Health Dept. Of those
       emergency department visits, 12.6 percent resulted in hospital
       admission. As of Aug. 24, the COVID-19 hospital admission level
       in Mecklenburg County is "low."
