Today's China CDC report on WeChat reported on fever clinic
numbers for the month of August. Roughly level at 125,000 though
it did fluctuate a bit. But zero mention of general infection
levels (see report a few days ago) where numbers rose 3x in the
month to around 1m. So no correlation! Strange!

Hard to find Covid info here in China. It is sometimes there but
hidden under the term Influenza or Influenza like disease.
Today's Chinese CDC report on Influenza has this chart, which
you can see shows Covid is dramatically more prevalent than flu!

Why are people repeatedly infected?
Liu Jianbo, chief physician of the respiratory department of the
First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine, told reporters: “At present 'two yang' cases
are more common, there are also 'three yang'. The mechanism of
such repeated COVID-19 infection is complex, and it is
speculated that it is mainly due to the fact that some people
have not established an effective immune barrier after
infection, or the protective antibody is not maintained for a
long time, but the specific mechanism needs further
research.​”

new coronavirus, will it have a great impact on the body?

people have mild symptoms after repeated infection, which shows

diseases on the Mid-Autumn Festival National Day
As the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday in 2023 approaches, the
Covid-19 Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council
issued the Notice on Effectively Preventing and Controlling
Covid-19 Infections and Other Key Infectious Diseases Before and
After the Mid-Autumn National Day Holiday in 2023 (the Notice)
on the 22nd. The Circular states that there will be a
significant increase in cross-regional mobility, immigration and
aggregation activities as a result of the Mid-Autumn Festival
National Day holidays Dengue fever, malaria and other
mosquito-borne infectious diseases, and infectious diarrhea and

holiday:​

China reports 45 Covid deaths during September. I know of no way
of checking this!

China CDC report influenza up (H3N2 & H1N1) & Covid down.
But how can this be trusted when their own world epidemic report
doesn’t even mention SARS-CoV2?

Worldometer reported 8 deaths in Hong Kong for the last 7 days.
Applying that rate to the mainland gives c. 1,400 deaths.
Even half that would be high and not insignificant, at 200/day -
the same as USA. Yet China is not reporting anything about Covid
other than it's down.
