Man from Florida faces 30 years for Covid-19 fraud allegations

SUMMARY - A man from the state of Florida has been indicted on
multiple charges involving Covid-19 relief loan fraud. He faces
30 years if convicted on all counts.

COMMENT:
That much money would have likely saved some lives so that's not
stiff enough penalty. Stealing money that was 'medically'
ordained and intended to save lives is equivalent to taking some
lives in my book.
Just as an example a 50,000 dollar surgery would save a
persons's life easily.
The real cost of a jet he bought with the money could have
without a doubt saved a few lives.The money was originally
intended and ordained to save lives...Lives were stolen not
money.
Believe me if the money was intended for covid research some
real humanitarian efforts were made ...it all goes to save
lives..all 'medical' intended money saves lives in the long run.
When people stop getting covid they stop getting long covid and
so that prevents complications which can require expensive
treatment and surgeries.. it all boils down to the same thing...
he didn't just steal money... he stole from humanity
...Lives were stolen not money.
Talk about hitting somebody when they are already down covid
fraud is just evil. That's a crime against humanity no doubt.
Covid fraud is the act of taking something away that was
supposed to ease human suffering and save lives... The end
result of covid fraud is the same as and is equivalent to
inflicting suffering and pain and taking away some peoples'
lives from a distance in a somewhat remote manner in which one
hasn't met the victims up close.
..of course thus far this is an alleged case and still has to go
to court to prove the man guilty or innocence of bank fraud,
wire fraud and illegal monetary. transactions. This has to be
proven in a court of law as people are innocent until proven
guilty.
Crimes against humanity are widespread or systematic attacks
directed against civilian populations... to me, it is indeed a
vicious act against humanity to steal 'medical' money from the
civilian population that was intended and ordained to save lives
or ease human suffering.
I must state my personal views are not the views held by all
people typically while many people do agree with me and argue
that the scale of theft was a profound violation of public trust
and safety during a crisis, legal systems have thus far treated
it as massive financial fraud rather than a crime against
humanity. I admit there's something about a guy buying Mercedes
Benz and a jet for his family while others are suffered during
pandemic that really gets me angry and makes me want to 'throw
the book at him'.
