Health officials reported Hawai'i's first confirmed case of
measles in years among an O'ahu child under the age of five who
was unvaccinated and recently returned from an international
trip.

SUMMARY - There has been an official update from the Texas
Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) concerning the Great
Texas Measles Outbreak of 2025. There are 541 cases of measles
in Texas, with Gaines county remaining in 1st place (355),
followed by Terry county in 2nd (47). Lubbock remains in 3rd at
(38) with Dawson now in 4th place (21) and Yoakum residing in
5th (18). The next official update will be Tuesday (April 15,
2025).

followed by Terry county in 2nd (47). Lubbock remains in 3rd at

5th place, respectively. The next official update will be Friday
(April 18, 2025).

SUMMARY - The measles outbreak in the state of Kansas is now at
37 cases, which is an increase of 5 new cases since last
Wednesday (April 9, 2025). The next update from the Kansas
Department of Health and Environment will be next Wednesday
(April 23, 2025).

Looks like there is an update on New Mexico.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Tuesday, the New Mexico Department of Health
confirmed the measles virus has traveled beyond southeast New
Mexico, to a fourth county. There are now cases in Doņa Ana,
Lea, Eddy and Chaves Counties, totaling 63 measles cases.

35 years since the last case of measles in Montana. This shows
how well measles was under control and how bad this outbreak is.
5 measles cases confirmed in Gallatin County, 1st in Montana
since 1990.
