       WastewaterSCAN -- ???

       Patrick the BioSTEAMist reports that, as of this morning,
       WastewaterSCAN is no longer collecting data from 42 out of their
       (previous) total 194 sites, a 22% decrease in reporting.
       WastewaterSCAN was already a major downgrade from Biobot with
       respect to number of collection sites, but now represents a 62%
       decrease in data reporting overall between what we once had with
       Biobot and what we have now with SCAN after todays loss of
       facilities.  This does not bode well.

       This is horrible news and hopefully not a sign of things to
       come.
