       USDA will require all cattle to be tested for HPAI before being 
       moved between states

       SUMMARY - A new federal order, effective April 29, 2024, from
       the United States Department of Agriculture now requires all
       dairy cattle must be tested for HPAI and test negative before
       they are moved between states.
