       New User type

       I have added a new user to the site called VIP these users have
       registered their programs with database dreams, they will have
       access to a new board just for VIP'S  where I will make sure
       there questions are answered.
       plus only moderators etc will be choosen from this group.
       Each person/company will be added to my systems so i will need
       their contact info please PM me for futher information.
