I have decided to do a complete restart on this project From the
ERD up.

Have Reworded the ERD Into something I like.
I do want to try a few idears on this project so may have to
change the ERD further into the project.
I've also add a payables as I wanted the user to be able to see
if they are making any money by being able to add there costs
for equipment and music plus adding there income from events.

Have Updated the main control

Added the bookings calendar colours to the main control Cliking
them will open the colour selector

Added the bookings calendar there is a lot of works needed with
this object as it relys on other objects not yet designed, I
will use a shortcut menu as well as a double click to make
adding bookings simpler.

Have done a lot more work One the bookings calendar and
preferences plus added the equipment entry screen
Preferences Updated, I still have a bit of work to do with
validating the screen

I have completed works on both screens below.
This is not an accounts system but I have created a way so you
can balance the incoming and outgoings all objects that deal
with money will use the post and unpost functions so you can see
at a glance if your making any money for a gven period.

Have updateed the bookings calendar so you can create bookings
with a shortcut menu for the date you right click the calendar
at.

You can view the diary from the shortcut menu or by double
clicking the day box
NOTE: You will be able to create bookings from this screen
should you wish not the use the shortcut menu.
